On the hillside of the traditional settlement of Margariti on a plot of 600 sq.m., will be constructed a stone house of 80.14 sq.m.

The house is located in a village of  Margariti just 15 minutes drive from beautiful Parga and very close to many sandy beaches. This house is ideal for those who appreciate history and without losing its traditional charm offers a high level of luxury. It provides a wonderful balance between traditional and modern which is a rare and unique find.
